All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Subscriptions

Monthly Subscription - By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept the responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe and have made your payment through Sophitt.com, Sophitt or Stripe will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Sophitt or Stripe will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription through your own Sophitt account. 6 Monthly Subscription - By purchasing a 6 Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Subscription fee every 6 months from the date of subscription at the then-current 6 Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept the responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your 6 Monthly Subscription at any time.

AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe and have made your payment through Sophitt.com, Sophitt or Stripe will automatically process your 6 Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Sophitt or Stripe will continue to automatically process your 6 Monthly Subscription fee every 6 months at the then-current 6 Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription through your own Sophitt account. Annual Subscription - By purchasing a Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate, and you accept the responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time.

AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWAL TERMS: Once you subscribe and have made your payment through Sophitt.com, Sophitt or Stripe will automatically process your Annual Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Sophitt or Stripe will continue to automatically process your Annual Subscription fee each year at the then-current Annual Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription through your own Sophitt account.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscriptions at any time. If you want to cancel a subscription you have with us,

  2. Click Active Subscriptions

  3. Click the product

  4. Click Cancel Subscription

  5. You will receive an email confirming your subscription cancelation.

Reactivating your subscription

You can reactivate your subscriptions at any time also. If you want to reactivate a subscription you have with us,

Here's how:

  1. Click on the product you would like to subscribe to.

  2. Click Subscribe

  3. Under the billing section, go to email

  4. Click Sign In, under 'Already have an account?’

  5. Use your email and password for your account & click Subscribe at the bottom.

Refunds

There are no refunds possible on any products or subscriptions.

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • All personal training sessions, live Instagram workouts & nutrition plans.
