Personal Training Sessions
Sophie has trained hundreds of individuals across the world over the last 3 years both in her home gym in Hertfordshire in person & also online virtually. Her main training methods include resistance training, strength training & HIIT, specifically working towards the individuals personal health & fitness goals. Sophie offers Personal Training at her home gym & virtually on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis.

Sophie has finally decided to take her workout classes online for just Β£12 per month. GET SOPHITT squad members will have access to 10 workouts per week with Sophie as their PT.

Sophie is a fully qualified Personal Trainer with over 3 years of experience within the industry. As a former International Athlete playing for Wales Lacross Team, fitness has always been a huge part of Sophieβs life. Fitness has changed her life & has given her the belief that it can do the same for you.
Sophieβs training styles include, Strength Training, Resistance Training & HIIT. She has been educating women and men to help them accomplish their health & fitness goals by becoming more body confident whilst helping them find their love for fitness, by enjoying every second of their workouts.
